Alapuzha is a district of the state Kerala. This place is my favorite and we (me and my husband) have gone twice to this place and it was just super awesome. Its the land of backwaters and such a green place.

Thankfully we had a friend there so stay was at their guest house and these were the pics clicked at random. I wish i took more pics. The light house, house boat, the beach, the backwater are the highlights. This was taken in 2010 April. There is Part 2 coming up which are the pics taken in 2011 April.
